Who is responsible for your information?

This website presents Health Builders Clinic’s preventive healthcare services. Health Builders Clinic uses information submitted through this website to respond to service enquiries.

Information requested by the form

The registration form requests your name, email address, country and, optionally, the service you are interested in. It also records your agreement to be contacted about your enquiry. Please do not provide symptoms, diagnoses, test results or other medical information.

How enquiry information will be used

Information submitted through this form is intended to be used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you requested. It is not a booking, a medical consultation or a subscription to marketing emails. When you submit the enquiry form, you consent to your details being used to respond to that enquiry.

Storage, access and service providers

The website sends enquiry details through a Netlify-hosted server function to GoHighLevel, our enquiry management platform. Netlify processes the request in transit, and GoHighLevel receives the enquiry for follow-up. Enquiry records should only be accessed by authorised people handling your request. The form does not store enquiries in your browser.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry and manage any follow-up you request, or to meet applicable legal obligations. This includes any copies held in exports or notification emails.

International processing

Hosting and form-processing providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and the location of processing. See Netlify’s privacy information and GoHighLevel’s privacy information for information about its processing practices.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your information, restrict its use, request portability, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You can raise a privacy-related enquiry using the contact options provided on the homepage. Please do not include sensitive medical information.

You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, as applicable.

Cookies and technical information

This website’s own code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website. Hosting providers may process technical request information to serve and protect the site; their processing is subject to their own service and privacy terms.
